I haven’t done this in a couple weeks and I’ve missed it!  So, I’m back.

What I read last week:

An Anonymous Girl by Greer Hendricks and Sarah Pekkanen (Netgalley ARC)

Lawman with a Cause by Delores Fossen (Netgalley ARC)

 What I’m currently reading:

Better Not Pout by Annabeth Albert

The Fifth Risk by Michael Lewis

What I’m reading next (hopefully):

I Invited Her In by Adele Parks (Netgalley ARC)

Hot Texas Sunrise by Delores Fossen (Netgalley ARC)

Little Darlings by Melanie Goldring (Netgalley ARC)

Luck of the Draw by B. J. Daniels (Netgalley ARC)

Figure I ought to clean up my Netgalley shelf while I can.

On hold (temporarily):

Red Horizons: The True Story of Nicolae & Elena Ceausescus’ Crimes, Lifestyle and Corruption by Lt. Gen Ion Mihai Pacepa

This covers the last two weeks since I didn’t manage to get a post up last Monday.

Library Haul:

Vampire Knight Volume 12 by Matsuri Hino

Mailbox Haul:

Only one book in my mailbox this week and it came from PaperBackSwap.

Good Christian Bitches by Kim Gatlin

I requested this one on a whim becuase I heard there were talks about reboooting the series.

Audible Haul:

Nothing yet.  I have one credit and am not sure what too use it for yet.  I need to look more closely at the originals for this month, too.  At first glance, none of them seemed interesting.

Purchased:

I caved and bought one book.  Mainly becuase it was Donna Grant and on sale for $2.99.  That and cowboys.

The Christmas Cowboy Hero by Donna Grant

Kindle Freebies:

Cowboy Christmas by Mary Connealy

Treasure Me, Cowoby by Debra Clopton (I saw this on someone else’s list last Monday and caved. Hahaha.)

December Challenges:

I’ve decided not to tackle any new challenges for December and instead focus on reading all the stuff I already have.  Hope y’all had a great week!

  1. I’m with you on reading what you already have. I’ve been doing that and am just about read to begin reading my January review books. Come see my week here. Happy reading!

    1. There was a short lived show on NBC(?) a few years ago based off this novel and it was HYSTERICAL. I’m hoping the book lives up to the title, too. 😀

    1. I really enjoyed it as well. I’m definitely a fan of those two authors now.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I’ve got some great books to look forward to now, too.

    1. Netgalley is too dangerous! Hahaha – I blame it on my parents for moving to Texas when I was in my impressionable middle school years. Not there any longer, but it was long enough for me to cultivate a lifelong obsession. 😀

      Thanks and you as well!

    1. It was my first Delores Fossen and I swear, the action started about four pages in. Really good book. I even went so far as to order the first two in the series now. 😀

Awesome, always happy to help out. Especially this time of year when we’re not supposed to be spending money on us. Hahaha.

    1. SAME! Ugh, but I broke down and bought an e-book yesterday. BUT it was on sale for $2.99 and it’s one of those that almost never goes on sale. *sigh* Thanks – and you, too!
